Faucet was running when I checked in. Feel someone would have noticed that.. a Mexican baseball team happened to be there at the night of my stay so quiet for the most part it was not.. I understand though no complaints on that. It was still clean the next morning. They offer a complementary beer or wine when you visit. Cool little perk I didn’t expect. I’d come again

We prefer to stay in hotels. This was a motel. Rooms on the 2nd floor but no elevator. Breakfast was good. It was a comfortable bed.

This Best Western Hotel was exquisitely clean inside the rooms, as well as on the hotel property (parking lots, office, pool & jacuzzi). I enjoyed my stay very much. The check-in front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Everything I needed for my room was provided, and extras also. For example, 2 free water bottles were inside the room when I checked into the room; I even checked at the front desk the next morning, and they were indeed free. Also extra pillows (4 for each bed) were on the beds. I am really grateful to have experienced a professional hotel staff that know how to treat their guests as fellow human beings. It was a pleasure to stay at this Best Western Hotel.

Stayed previously but this time people were yelling and slamming doors all night. Drinking alcohol and playing music in the parking lot. Found a used syringe outside our door after first night. Sheriffs were at hotel lobby on arrival removing an unruly guest. Will not return.

Very rude front desk and GM. Instead of dealing with issues during my stay the staff decided it was better to yell and act immature, in particular the GM liked to play games, instead of directly addressing concerns brought to his attention.

The staff member that checked us in gave the wrong room number so we spent time trying to open the door before someone staying in the room opened it to ask what we were doing. When we went back to the front desk she gave us the exact same room number until we once again told her it was already occupied. The rest of the staff members seemed quite rude. During breakfast they were annoyed that we hadn’t been told where to go and then gave snarky comments and replies. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location as almost all the staff had an attitude problem except for a single member who was actually personable. But as a whole it was very off putting for the rest of the experience.
