I liked the availability of the shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. What I didn't like was the attitude I received from the morning staff due to the incorrect information I received from the night staff. It all worked out though.

My wife was looking forward to take a bath and they took all the bath stoppers out and had a note stating they were conserving water. We understand but to prevent some guests from a bath was I think a bad choice in the matter.

Benny gave us an outstanding welcome, so helpful, cheerful and uplifting .I’ve forgotten the ladies name that worked overnight 3/28 and who drove the 4 am shuttle . She too was outstanding, two wonderful employees! The premises were clean and comfortable, wer’e elderly travellers and we appreciated the respect and hospitality we found there.
