Overall, this hotel worked out well. There was no microwave in the room which would have been nice. Also we had to wear earplugs because the air conditioner was noisy. Neither the pool or hot tub was in working order when we stayed there. There was a good selection of breakfast options. And Paloma who was the attendant taking care of keeping the breakfast refilled did an excellent job. Also, Jesus at the front desk was pleasant to deal with. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice and quiet. I wish I had waited to book as it was $50 cheaper the day before my stay. Jesus was my shuttle driver to the airport and he was courteous and easy to talk to.

We had an easy check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the shower itself is just a trickle of water, conserving energy. Breakfast was just ok. Could do better on those two items

The staff were helpful when I had to adjust my reservation due to weather at home. This is the 2nd time I've stayed with them and I will probably stay again next time. I just wish they had their hot tub open! :)

I didn’t like that our bags and luggage was gone through by the staff while we were out and jewelry and medications were stolen. The management would not allow the police to view the security video.
