Great check in! The best!

Check in was seamless because of pre check and paying at the site. Handed me my key card and instructed me to my room and wished me good night. It was perfect! Best I’ve ever experienced! However when I got to the third floor it was filled with the smell of pot smoke! Gross! Put a towel at the bottom of my door to block the smell and turned the ac on.

The bed is not super comfortable. Air conditioner set an alarm off in the middle of the night waking the entire room and the only protein at breakfast, eggs, were awful. If you love carbs breakfast is fine.

Pool, hot tub and elevator not working

It was ok. Staff pleasant but asked about pool and hot tub both closed. Then in the morning we had to lug our suitcases which are big down the stairs because the elevator was broken. Not do good.
