Felt safe, but very bare bones. Good location. Mattress was so thin i had back pain, and would not stay on mattress base (slid off). I cant imagine two people sharing. Slow service, room was not ready at checkin time. Carpet due for replacement. Look, its fine for cost and felt safe but might save money staying somewhere with breakfast included.

They charge extra for EVERYTHING: early checkin, late checkout, extra towels, tooth paste... And there was no kettle in the room, not shampoo or conditioner (only one soap for everything). The bedside lamp was broken and falling off the wall. All in all still a comfortable room, but I would stay elsewhere next time.

Great stopover
Great hotel for a night stop over, easy to get to on the bus from the airport, comfortably beds. Ask for a high room, saw Aurora from r9om briefly. Late checkout on a Sunday was a great surprise, just ask for it! 6pm which was perfect for our boat to Skjervoy all in all a great stopover

Had room 114 right by door into hallway from common area. Hallway door always open and sound travelled from guests hanging out in the common area to our room. Other than that, room clean, heated floor in bathroom was fantastic. Hotel very convenient to restaurants, shopping, bus stop for airport shuttle bus, and main bus station by harbor.

Great room, exactly as described. Comfortable bedding, Well appointed bathroom that was heated so towels dried quickly. Close-to shops, restaurants and the cruise terminal. Grab and go snacks available downstairs, as well as tea and coffee. Staff very p,easant

Room was clean, bed comfy, great location in centre of Tromsø. Seating in reception and access to coffee and hot water downstairs. Helpful and friendly staff. Room wasn't big but that was clear when booking and overall great value for money

The good: easy access to all that down town has to offer. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. The hotel itself is über nice. The blankets were really fluffly and comfortable. The bad: incredibly tiny and cramped room for 2 people. The room was clean however. Also, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have stayed in at a hotel. It was nothing more than a thin camping mat with sheets.
