A little lackluster based on the rating.

We arrived for check in but no one was at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes and then saw the instructions for parking on the counter so went to park. Parking was about 5-10 min walk from the hotel, something we were not aware of when we booked. The lot was $10 for 24hours. The room was small and akward. But the bed was fairly comfortable and the view was nice. The bathroom was small and did not contain a fan for ventilation. Also no bathtub. We went for dinner and came back for the night. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant was closed so we walked to find something.

OuiGo is a luxurious little boutique hotel. The service is wonderful, the decor inspiring. I often drive between Fredericton and Toronto and Trois Rivieres is midpoint between the two. Having a nights respite at this special spot is a tonic.

A very nice mini boutique hotel . Nice decor and the building history is interesting. What a great shower (rainfall and standard options) with fantastic pressure and drainage. Great choice for evening walks in areas, bars, restaurants and coffee shop.

The staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming - the lovely lady (I think she's the manager) explained the restaurant, front desk attendant, parking etc...just top-notch. The decor is modern and stylish. My room is clean and quiet. I love that there is ample lighting - there's even a ceiling light which many hotels don't have for some reason.

Great hotel!

I had booked this hotel randomly for a conference and so I wasn't really going into it with any concrete expectations but the hotel turned out to be an amazing little gem and I'm really happy to have stumbled upon it. Very clean, comfortable and modern, along with a very friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

I've stayed here twice and it's a lovely place in Trois-Rivières by the river in the old town. Would be great if they could offer breakfast before 8 for business travelers.

Nice boutique hotel in a perfect location downtown Trois-Rivières. Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed. I ate breakfast twice at the adjoining restaurant Le Bistroquet. Both times the food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Loads of restaurants and bars walking distance. The only inconvenience is the off-site parking which is not controlled. Hotel staff does go check and ticket those who park without authorisation, but they cannot be there all the time and I had a situation where my parking spot was taken by someone parking illegally. Not a big inconvenience as they were able to quickly assign me a new spot. That said, my overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back.
