Incredibly accommodating in snowstorm
Seemed like a brand-new hotel. Very clean and staffed professionally. We were among the snowed in travelers during phase I of Colorado's Snowpocolypse on November 4, 2024. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kept their wits about them. They served with hospitality and grace.

Nice new property. Staff was average, not what I would have expected from a Hilton property. Dining was average for the prices charged. Very noisy in the room from other guests and dogs in the rooms barking.

Great spur of the moment stay.
Ended up pulling in after 9 PM because I was caught in a heavy rainstorm while riding a motorcycle over Roen pass. Synovia was great, and it had been a rough ride. Check-in was a breeze, and she allowed me, without hesitation, to park my motorcycle underneath the overhang to keep it out of the heavy rain. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I looked for, and most importantly, needed after that rough ride.
