The check-in was smooth and the staff member at the front desk was awesome. The room was excellent and very clean. The only negative was the restaurant. The server put in minimal customer service effort during our dining and definitely not as good as the other servers that were taking care of other customers. She didn't bother to check if we needed more water until we were ready to leave despite the fact my glass was empty and she walked by our table multiple times. My wife had to ask her for more water before we got a refill. The restaurant was not busy when when came down for a late dinner. My wife enjoyed her Italian dinner, but my Colorado Rib-eye dinner was average at best. The rib-eye was bland and was not very tender for a "fine dining" restaurant. The check-out process was smooth and the front desk staff was awesome.

Lovely hotel. Amazing location by the riverwalk and across from a playground within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great restaurant onsite. Good pool. Importantly the water in the pool was warm enough. Good service in restaurant. Only complaint is being charged for a coffee refill with breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a graduation in the middle of May. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give it an excellent all around is because our fan did not work in the room bathroom, and there was extremely way too much chlorine in their pool.

A bit pricey but spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast NOT included. On-site restaurant. Handicap room has adequate grab bars and room to maneuver a wheelchair . Adequate parking close to entrance Highly Recommend

This was an Emergency reservation (snow storm in late April), did not plan on staying here and it was late at night when we reserved the room. They did a great job of accommodating us and I was provided a room comparable to what I had planned on at my destination. The young man at the front desk was great and we got to our room as if we planned this stay. I cannot comment much outside of the great service we got at the last minute. Didn’t have time to use the facilities or appreciate the locale. It was easy to get to from the freeway. Thank you.

False advertisement

The hotel, which was the most expensive, boasts a restaurant bar so we booked it so we could watch ncaa basketball ball games at the bar. Upon checking in we were told tge resraurant/bar is closed on Sundays. They had grab and go beer and wine in the lobby but said the front desk is not allowed to sell it only employees of the resraurant..which was closed. So unhappy. The hotel should charge quite a bit less on Sunday!

My only complaint is the housekeeping knocking on your door and trying enter your room while you are sleeping at 8 am. I feel that a housekeeper should not try entry with a knock or key until an hour prior to checkout. It is rude to be awakened after paying $150 to sleep in the room
