I was called about early check in around 3:40 to say my room was ready. Then got a call at 4:01 to ask if I could take a room with different amenities than what I booked. Ended up getting the room I reserved in advance, but frustrated with asking to switch in the first place.

We love The Lodge in December during Christmas , however we were disappointed with the lack of Christmas decorations. The Christmas trees on each floor were never plugged in. The outside grounds need to be more festive.

Stay was great, view was awesome, bed was very comfortable, cleaning staff could take a little more time with the vacuum around the corners of the walls , food in the restaurant was way over priced, tasted ok but too expensive, for what they have available!
