There are 3 things that i wanted to share: 1) I forgot to take my ID back when i checked in. I realized it after a few hours after the check in. It would have been nice to get a call from the front desk notifying that my ID is with them. 2) The room given to me was facing toward the courtyard where there was a loud music and party organized by a large group until 11 pm. My flight was early in the morning and i was able to sleep only a few hours before. I could have given less noisy room or at least i could have given a prior notification when i checked in, if there is no other room available 3) When i asked for receipt, i was told that i should be getting the receipt from Expedia and the receipt was not given to me. But i have been booking almost all my reservations via Expedia and every property i stay gives me the receipt whenever i ask them, paper or email or sometimes both. I would consider staying another property next time when i am in the region.

Clean facility but old and worn out. Breakfast was warm and average. Not appropriately staffed for dining area only two waitresses for a convention with over 500 people. Management team and front desk team was snarky. No closet in rooms. Odd not able to hang my clothes and was there for a convention. We are a national charitable foundation and will recommend to our board not too book here again. No hot water for shower. Luke warm at best. Ww

The once grand Red Lion brand has lowered to an old, dirty, dusfinctiona property across the board. Sad that we have a long term contract for our annual conference. They barely are able to manage our large group.

Great location when flying in or out of Pasco Tri-Cities. Great food options available as well. Some of the carpet in the main areas is a little outdated but the room I stayed in had been updated with new flooring and fixtures. The staff was awesome and even called my room after checking in to make sure all was good. This is my second time staying here.

Property is extremely run down and need of a remodel stat. Front desk staff was nice, however they tried to “upgrade” us to a smaller room, and were adamant they had spoken with us when they had not. Overpriced for a dated, no frills hotel.

Bathroom door not square and won’t close. Drape rod broken so we couldn’t open or. Close drapes. Restaurant closed for kitchen repairs. Not clean along wood work especially in bathroom. Coffee pot cord too short to reach outlet.

I was in Wing 3. The rooms look very nice, but you doesn't have anywhere for you to hang up your clothes. Just space where a closet should be. I asked front desk why there were no closet or space to hang up clothes... i was informed that they were considered value/cheap rooms and did not have them. Very offensive, due to the fact that the room wasn't free, nor the cheapest in town. Even Motel 6 has closet space.

I paid for 2 hotel rooms. I don’t recall seeing online at booking that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Upon checking in, one of our rooms was upstairs. Not a big deal. But….the key cards didn’t work. We went back to lobby, waited in line for 15 min, only to hike back up to the room for them still to not work. It took an hour to get the whole issue straightened out. Meanwhile one of the cards for the other room didn’t work either. The hotel is showing its age and I think we should be kindly compensated for the hassle.

Very outdated property with friendly staff. Room was fairly clean. I did see a few flying bugs but nothing to write home about. I was able to kill them look like the bugs that are drawn to light. Idk. I wish they would get rid of all the carpet in the hallways and common areas and replace with wood looking tile.
