The staff are amazing. The rooms are always clean. Nice place to stay. The Mall is close. There's a restaurant next door and across the street. The river is only a mile away and it's a great place for a sunset stroll.

Great Affordable Overnight Stay

Great for an affordable overnight stay. Was traveling from PDX to Spokane. Clean except the shower looked like they missed it. No coffee maker or hairdryer. Coffee in the lobby. Plenty of outlets, decent Wi-Fi . I would stay again for a quick overnight. Staff was great. Zips across the street and Chinese restaurant next door. Close to mall.

The room and bathroom appeared to be newly updated with a refresh. The outside of the property does appear to be quite rundown. Our complaint does fall under not receiving the room we booked. We booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds but opened the door to a room with one double bed and an open space in front of the 2nd head board. I was given a second set of pillows but no indication of a different room or adjustment to the reservation charge because we booked through Expedia. We may be contacted by a manager in the morning, but I’m not holding my breath. Luckily there are only 2 of us.
