Unlike by a highway, this hotel is off the beaten path with a terrific view of the river. I felt safe from "wayward walkers". Currently there is construction however the place barely seemed like a construction zone was active; even when i stayed on a Wednesday night. The staff was efficient and friendly.

my stay at Clover Island was enjoyable and rejuvenating. With its great breakfast, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to unwind by the Columbia River. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays.

So before we made the reservation to this hotel, we called to see if they had a hot tub, whoever answered the phone said yes they do and that it closes at 10. So we made the reservation we checked in and there was no working hot tub. (FRUSTRATING) And Worse The Walls Were So Thin We Could Hear The Couple Next To Us Alllll Night And Morning.. So Imagine No Sleep.. Breakfast Was Not Good, So We Threw It Away And Checked Out.. Will Never Stay Here Again Nor Do I Recommend It.

It is a nice place to stay but can be quite noisy at night with loud cars and trains coming through regularly.

I love the Clover Island! Stay here frequently when I visit the Tri-Cities. The area is unique and the staff is always so friendly. Should out to the front desk workers, they are always so helpful. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Tri-Cities Area.

We stayed here previously and enjoyed it.. for the price it was excellent!! The breakfast last year was much more extensive but this year the restaurant was being remodeled so we think that had something to do with it. We still had a decent meal and were satisfied

Has potential, decent

Clover Island Inn has a lot of potential. Sadly, the renovations seem to be taking a very long time. The beds are decent for a night's rest, and the rooms are clean. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, however.
