The property is being remodeled and it's was an enjoyable, unique hotel to stay, the Riverview rooms are awesome, the office staff very professional, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Nice quiet location.
Under remodel so the restaurant was closed. We have stayed here for many years while traveling thru to Idaho. It used to offer an amazing breakfast with stay, now more of a continental with far less choices but still appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms mattress in single queen, not river view was not comfortable compared to Riverview room. Definitely will continue to stay here.

Clover Island is a great location situated between the two bridges. Beautiful views of the Columbia River! I am always surprised by how peaceful it is there. Truly a gem of the TriCities

Hotel well located, great area to walk our dog. The hotel is a bit dated, but it is super clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was a great surprise, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, everything was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

Not as nice as it seems in the photos
Basically a motel 6 on the water. Giant iron burn on my carpet, very outdated furnishings, and not very clean. Definitely would not book here again.
