They were under construction so the prices were great for the rooms that hadn’t been updated. Breakfast was great! The view and being on the river for sunrise and sunset is worth every penny!

We are regulars at the Clover Island Inn and love it there. We love that the place is clean, the staff is top notch, the windows to our room open (a must for us), there are nice views of the Columbia river and bridges, good places to walk our dog. The Crows Nest restaurant there is closed as they make renovations, but Cedars next door is a wonderful restaurant with a dog friendly space outside. We're concerned about rumours of the Hilton buying it - it is quirky, and we love it for that reason - hoping it won't be turned into a plastic heremtically sealed sterile chain motel. If they are smart, they will support the quirkiness and keep it as an affordable option for dog lovers.

This is the most interesting property to stay in in Kennewick. It's on it's own little strand, on the water, and is very different than the chain hotels elsewhere. Upgrade to a higher floor where there is a view. The hotel is not new but I always stay there because it's unique. There are two good restaurants within walking distance, but go early - they close early.

The property was in need of a makeover. I had broken things in my room. There were no wash clothes and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. They only offer antenna tv, about 20 channels. There wasn’t a location to charge any devices. Pictures below to show you your option which was across the room.
