The room was dated, furniture was torn and dirty. The bed covers, shower curtain and furniture had a musty and cigarette odor (we are non smokers). The shower was ok but the room needs a deep cleaning!!

I was looking forward to staying with Best Western after making my initial reservations. The rooms looked great online and the location was ideal. However, my reaction as I walked into the establishment was far from what was depicted online. There was an unusual smell as I was checking in, but I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Then, my family walked into our room and the smell was stronger.
