Bad smell and no refund

The room smells like foot, and I can smell underarm odor from the bed sheets. There was also spiders in the bathroom. I checked out right after I checked in and asked for refund but they never issued it.

Do not choose this hotel

The first room they assigned to us was so dirty that I told my kids not to take off their shoes! The floor was filthy. We were given a different room and while it wasn’t much better, it was better. The pool closes at eight and the hot tub was not heated. Pool the pool and hot tub were frigid. Breakfast was a couple of stale looking bagels and toast. No coffee creamer.
