Had a three night stay at Baywatch and found the property to be in very good shape, clean, and with direct access to a private beach. The rooms are large and can accommodate kids through usage of a roll out sofa. We had a view of the lake and it was magnificent with the sunsets every night. Bathroom is also large with a state of the art shower (no tub). Continental breakfast is available however no hot breakfast at this location. Property is located about ten minutes from downtown Traverse City with easy access to roads. Lots of free parking. All in all a very good property with motivated service staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the bay. Room was clean and nice. Floor above was noisy - next time would request the top floor. Breakfast box was surprising for the cost of the room.

The breakfast dropped at the door was lackluster. The noise coming from under the front door when you have the doorwall open was very disruptive. We had to keep a towel at the bottom of entry door to stop the wind noise. One day we asked the cleaning people to come back in 15 minutes,and even told them when we left, onlyto come back that evening and the room had not been cleaned nor clean towels or garbage out...had to go to front deck to get someone to do it. Just expected mpre for the price.

Very nice, new facility. Staff was very friendly. Only downsides for us: The floor coverings allow noise in from the hallways and the bed was too firm for our preference. Other than that, it was a nice short getaway.
