Very pleasant experience.
Room was very clean. Remote control was hard to use. No plastic bag for dirty clothes. Otherwise we had a very pleasant experience. Phone in room did not work to call office.

Mattresses are SUPER soft. Felt like I was sinking into the bed. Walls are so thin I felt like my neighboring rooms were in my room with me. Maid service has to be requested but even if you don’t request it, they go into your room. I didn’t request maid service but someone went into my room and picked up my dirty towels each day. I was grateful they picked up the dirty towels but they were in the room and didn’t take out the garbage or make the bed. Seems like an invasion of privacy for no reason.

Front counter staff was not readily available up front for check in. Place was very hard to find! Very small sign and barely lite up. Room was what we expected for the price.

Filthy Floor
Some water dripped on the floor and I dried it up with a towel. The towel was filthy after. Cleaned the floor with a washcloth and cleaner 4 times and it still came up dirty. See picture of cloth after 3rd cleaning. Everything else was ok.

Room was clean except for some dirt on the bathroom floor. Bed needed a new mattress, unless you stayed on the edge you fell in the middle. The woman checking us in never smiled, like she did not want to be there.

No one around, always had to call.. ran out of tiolet paper wanted to lnow if we could wait till the afternoon...the rooms were so small and frig. Didnt work and they waited till we were gone to fix. Didnt even ask if it was ok.Will not stay here again.

Nothing spectacular but it is nice enough. The room was clean and not outdated. Bed was comfortable.The pool and hot tub are well kept. The light breakfast is just that. Cereal, bread/toast, muffins, coffee, orange juice. Ample parking. Conveniently located. On par with what I expected in the price range.
