They need to update the furniture,chairs and bed frame I have been here year 2020,2022 and now 2024 still no updates with their rooms!! I love the view from the balcony upper floor which always my choice when I come to this hotel!! I also have been to sugar beach their sister company!! The overall stay is good but it could have been better with some new update!! I hope next year will have some changes …

A great value! Clean, comfortable and pleasantly appointed. Nice view of Grand Traverse Bay. My only criticisms are: 1 - They discontinued their hot breakfast. Now, you have to decide the night before, which of the cold offerings you want and when you want them brought to the door. 2 - Navigating the cable TV system is confusing. We stopped trying to use it. 3 - The second TV in our large, two room suite had a very poor quality picture.

Loved the unique room. A king and a queen bed was wonderful. 2 sinks... one in bathroom and one by the microwave were wonderful. All of the Bathroom ceiling tiles really need to be replaced. We had a huge water stain in one tile and they came and replaced it with one that didn't fit but they put some sealant around it to make it fit better. Check out was bad. Guess I won't go through a third party again as the customer gets caught in the middle and ends up paying more.
