A casa que reservei não foi a que me hospedaram! Fui enganada!! Era para ser de frente para o mar, pé na areia e não foi o que nos alocaram. Cafe da manhã muito bom, praia e piscinas muito bonitas, mas dificil de aproveitar por causa do vento. Almoço e jantar incluso super restrito e repetitivo (a la carte, poucas opções e sempre as mesmas). Muito barulho no quarto por conta do vento, as janelas batiam o tempo todo

Desapontado e insatisfeito!
No final da hospedagem ficamos desapontados em alguns quesitos, como: internet péssimo, ficando a maior parte do tempo sem conexão (lembrando que no local não tem sinal de celular), dois dos três ar-condicionados das suítes sem esfriar, ar-condicionado da sala quebrado, luzes da piscina sem funcionar... uma pena pois a casa tem uma estrutura muito bom somando ao fato da vista ser deslumbrante.

A pressão da água era muito muito baixa. Quase não saía água do chuveiro. A água tinha um odor muito ruim do chuveiro e das torneiras. Haviam muito insetos (inclusive aranhas), com certeza deveriam fazer uma dedetização. A água da piscina era extremamente gelada em todos os momentos do dia.

Muito boa, no entanto ficamos bem isolados e a cobrança para estadia de pet considero desnecessária pois já trazemos tudo que ele necessita e somos responsáveis por quaisquer dano. Crianças até 2 anos são dispensadas e pq pagamos pelos pets?

Foi uma viagem muito boa, em família e amigos. O loft é bem confortável, tudo novo e funcionando bem. O clube é ótimo, em frente a praia, comida muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom. Pontos que deixam a desejar: acesso ao resort (mais uma questão governamental), academia poderia ser melhor e a distância do loft para a praia (que conseguimos ir de carro, tornando perto, mas também tem a opção de alugar casas mais próximas do mar). Mas acho que valeu a pena demais. Um ponto que chamou a atenção foi a empatia e a cordialidade dos funcionários. Excelente.
