Convenience is the reason I booked this hotel. The room is adequate and they stored our luggage as we got there early. As this hotel consists of mainly Asian tourists when we were there and many were Toyoko Inn Club members who were given first priority to check in at 3pm. As most hotels I booked have check in at 3pm, I have not read that booking with Expedia have check in at 4pm. There were lots of choices for Japanese breakfast and very limited breakfast choice for non Japanese food breakfast eaters - no cereals, no fruit. Just white bread, mini pancakes and mini croissants. Given it's a budget hotel of sorts, the dining room resembles a cafeteria. If you're prepared to put up with small inconvenience for a good value hotel, it's fine.

A spacious room in a very convenient location and good city view make this stay satisfactory. The breakfast is less impressive. Providing a mug in the room won't cost too much but will earn much gratitude.

Great room size and close to train station
Hotel is just across the street from train station as close as you can get. Staff is very polite and nice. Breakfast is good and it can be very crowded in the morning. Room is good size, clean and comfortable. Bed is big too. I will stay again.

The hotel is very near the JR train station and Toyama Alpine Kurobe station. Staff are helpful. The room is fine for a short stay. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we checked out before it was served.

Great place to stay. Super Close to Toyama station. Lots of places to eat at Toyama station. Easy to check in and check out using hotel's machine. Lots of cherry blossom trees. 🌸 we are lucky we saw them. Only missing are the the old traditional japanese houses.

This Hotel is in a great location
This hotel is in a great location. 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The hotel staff were always very helpful. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
