We got a fantastic deal for our night in Townsville. We stayed to go to a Cowboys game and everything was in walking distance. The young man who checked us in was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. On the down side, parking can be a problem at times. Right in the heart of the CBD and they didn't have their own parking. The building is old and could do with a face lift on the inside. However, it was clean, comfortable and great value for money. Recommended!

Location is good and staff are friendly, but the property is run down badly and doesn’t match the photos. Also to get a blanket you need to go to reception and pay a $25 bond, which is just ridiculous.

The central location was great. Parking was disappointing. It was an additional $15 per night and it was in an unsecured car park a few minutes walk away. The bathroom exhaust fan was ineffective.

The staff at Madison Townsville City were so friendly and helpful. Great location, within walking distance to the Cowboys Stadium, Major Supermarket, Sunday Markets only around the corner and various options dine in or take away for Breakfast, lunch or dinner too. Public transport also nearby. The Strand is a short 5 minute drive away! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

No WIFI

Could not connect to WIFI I was offered no help. They blamed it on my devices. I will stop here for work again. Bathroom was falling apart towel rail.
