I couldn't check in, I was sent no information, the app gave me no option and no one answered the emergency phone so I had to spend an extra $60 booking somewhere else at midnight after trying to get in for over an hour. I've been refunded and they've apologised but it wasn't a great experience for my daughter and I.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean. Thankyou.

My room was clean but it was odd that it had a sort of self catering feel with cutlery and plates but no cooking facilities. The room wasn’t serviced due to covid times? And if I had used plates etc, I’d have to wash them in the bathroom sink. Reception only opened 9-5 and cafe opened limited hours and not every day. It was a mix of hotel and apartments but it’s like it couldn’t make up its mind and therefore didn’t really cater for either needs! It was fine but odd!
The service I received initially was exceptional! I wanted to check in early and they made every possible accommodation for me and specially cleaned a room for me to get into as soon as possible.
The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful and hospitable.
The bed however was not very comfortable. It was probably quite old and needs either a topper or to be replaced.
The room was not serviced at all. A service/freshen would have been appreciated even if it was only every three days. After an 8-day stay it felt quite stuffy.
The location was fantastic! I walked into the city most days. Restaurants, pubs and eating places were sooo convenient!
Check in was quick and easy. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Area is generally quiet. Room is very spacious and in good condition aesthetics wise.
Ceiling light above desk was not working, which was an issue for someone travelling for business and needs to work after dark. Was too late to do anything about it once found out (reception closes at 5pm). Aircon in the room was also extremely loud and ceiling fan looked extremely sketchy, wobbling so much you'd feel unsafe to use it. Ended up just opening the windows.
A one night stay so maybe not a fair review, the room layout was two rooms (A & B) separate, behind one door, so we could here everything our nextdoor neighbour did.
