The Hotel with a Bully of a Manager.
My son is just 18 but looks younger. He travels all over the country for his sport, being a young man he forgot his ID, when checking in he was asked how old he was he said his age. A manager stood behind the lady and told him he needs ID, my son did not have it. The manager then Said you have to be over 25, my son called me and handed the phone over with the hotel on the call. I offered to send an email with his ID, the manager was rude and none cooperative. I managed to get a coach of his to meet him at the lobby and was ready to show his ID and the lady who was most helpful allowed my son to check in with his coach. Iwas very upset my son who was three hours away had nowhere to stay, the manager was a bully with zero people skills and clearly a liar with reference to the being over 25. I'm sure he will bully the receptionist to lie about the events that happened.

Excellent stay and weekend
The staff were excellent and very frendily to talk about formula 1 and racing. Breakfast was very nice especially the blueberry muffins and sausages. The room was amazing and very tidy. Would definitely stay again.
