Great location; lovely staff
We got the room with a view of the Comedie and the location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We probably would have preferred not to have the giant bath in the room, but I am quite sure some people would enjoy that. All in all a lovely stay!

I love this hotel. It’s unusual for me to give a rating as high as this on anything. Staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Beautiful lounge. The room and bathroom are nice and clean. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel also has a Michelin star restaurant. Great food, presentations. The location is right in the heart of everything, restaurants, bars, and sight seeing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

An absolutely beautiful setting in an historic hotel. The breakfast service was very good. The staff was helpful. The shower was a bit funky in its control systems. There was a significant trip hazard in the hallway to our room that caught several people unaware.

My second stay in this lovely hotel. Love the Belle Epoque feel, but still offering modern comfort (air conditioning). Very attentive and friendly staff, who obviously take great pride working there. The location on the Capitole square is excellent. Three minute walk to the metro which is two stations from the Toulouse train station. Made my day trip to the Toulouse Lautrec museum in Albi a breeze. Same for arriving and departing by train.
