it was ok but i saw a big dead bug on the floor i have no idea what kind it was. also needs better lighting, had no bathroom paper at all thank god i had wipes in my bag. sheets needed to be cleaned had red marks on it.

It was not a Good stay at all. We had a resident next to us with large dog who was constantly barking. AND He appeared to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. The dog barked at almost every single sound. He looked like an attack dog not a pet. If this wasnt bad enough the resident upstairs appeared to be also under the influence and leering at the female guests, staff, and kids on or near the property. I understand if they live there but there has to be some type of decorum and behavior that should be expected from Hotel guests. Im beyond at a loss for words. If we hadnt just been up in Massachusetts visiting our son and were so EXHAUSTED i would've CANCELED and LEFT IMMEDIATELY from this property. I'm not asking for a Credit for another stay, I'm asking for a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF MY STAY. BEFORE I GO ABOVE TO YOUR CORPORATE BOARD. Thank you, EXTREMELY UPSET, CPL. MATTHEW P. i just felt like the room was not at all like the pictures, it was out dated old carpet, bed was ok, not enough toilet paper area was quiet. definitely needed more updated stuff for 155$ i was expecting better but overall was ok. at most the room should have been like 65$ cuz for the price it needs alot more redecorating fresh paint new carpet new bedding goes along way.

Overall good accommodations, clean, friendly staff, good price for what you get, in no way fancy, but comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired. Really, only down side was the shower, water pressure was horrible, seroiusly, it was bad. Wi-Fi lagged as well.

We pretty much just got the room for the hot tub which was satisfactory and pleasant (except for a loose jet), however the room had a smoky smell and there were a lot of weird sounds. I’m not sure if there was breakfast available because we woke up late.

Amenities listed were a pool and fitness equipment but both were not available. Breakfast had cereal but no milk, and the juice machine was not working our first morning. I was able to get orange juice our second morning but not apple juice. Our room needed some upkeep…some outlets were loose, microwave didn’t work, some tv channels didn’t have sound or was staticky, the room & ceiling could have used a paint job….Our room rate was too high for what was offered/not available. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very nice, hospitable, helpful, easy to talk with…I give them the top score!!

The Room that I was given was dirty. The bed had a stain in the middle of the bed which looks like someone leaked and also had hairs from previous guests. The towel in the bathroom were old and stained and one of them even had red lipstick on it, the other one had some orange stain. The stairs to go to my room were full of mod and burn of cigarettes. Asked for new towels and I had to wait 4 hours so I can go pick them up myself in the front counter, because they did not have anyone to send the to me at 4pm. At check out there was no one in the front desk and the front door was locked. I had to make a long distance call so a lady could tell me to leave the key in the room (which I was charged an extra $5.00 for). Pictures are available upon request.
