Wonderful

We loved everything about this great lodge. The front desk people were lovely and super helpful especially Denise & the young lady who checked us in !
The packed lunches were great and the dinner service with Dayana was tremendous. Her effort with English was so lovely !
This was our worst stay in our whole time touring South America, so our advice would be not to bother.
My wife and I got food poisoning during our stay and we believe this can only have been from our evening meal at the hotel as we had been hiking the day before so not eaten anywhere else. The sickness ruined our entire stay and we politely reported it to the front desk the following morning. We were then told that it could not possibly be the seafood we ate the night before as no one else and in the hotel had gotten sick. Instead the manager produced another lady who purported to be a doctor: she said that she had been through our meal receipt (!) and that our sickness was probably caused by excessive alcohol! We had drank one glass of white wine and one pisco sour each... We could not believe any hotel would talk to their customers like this - it was incredible but in-keeping with the weird and unwelcoming atmosphere in the hotel in general. (There is a list in each room telling you the price to replace anything you might break, it's that sort of place).
The food and accomodation was by far the worst value we encountered on our trip. We also stayed in the 4* Spa hotel near to this place and the food there was much better and half the price. Our advice would be to pay a bit extra and stop there.
PS. The bedside lamps are a wonder to behold. They have the brightness of a single Christmas tree light!
A great stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice area with horses and cows in the backyard. 40 mins drive to Lake Pehoe and 1:30h drive to Base Torre hike trail. Would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
You hear people laughing in the dining room, when you are in your room. There is no sound proofing. Restaurant is very expensive.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Delicious in-house dining. Situated in Rio Serrano. Makes it easy to enrer the park and most hukes are 60-90minutes drive from hotel.
Hotel with a stunning view on the mountains, with very friendly staff and a good kitchen. Denise at the reception gave us good tips on the park and when and where to go. Food in the evening was superb. We ate a typical Chili dish and the lamb. Both recommended!
We loved our stay here! We stayed in one of the Domo Basic Rooms that is its own little hut in the front yard of the lodge. These rooms are small and more like glamping but have their own bathroom and they still provided daily housekeeping. It was by far the most affordable accommodation we could find in Torres del Paine and it worked perfect to crash in after a long day exploring. Breakfast is included and was a decent variety, we ordered boxed lunches the day prior that were about $10 USD a person. We also ate in their dining room each evening, their menu has a good variety to eat at multiple nights in a row and decent pricing considering how remote the location is. The staff were just outstanding and so friendly. You can't beat the location in Rio Serrano for quick drives to Torres del Paine hikes and stunning views everywhere you look. Highly recommend!
In the middle of Patagonia splendor, this pretty cool hotel offers very good staff and service, very good restaurant, and an authentic experience. No tv, good bath, room is spartan, power goes out (both days) we heard was normal. Be ready for the high winds. I would return.
We loved staying at Morena Lodge. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. They even helped us out when we had a puncture, both changing the tyre and making a temporary repair to the punture so we could get back to Puerto Natales. The location was also very good for exploring the Torres del Paine National Park being just outside one of the entrances.
The room was comfortable with a lovely view and the food was delicious and not unreasonably priced.
The Serrano valley is really beautiful and you can walk from the lodge to the river through open ground and get another beautiful view.
We would love to stay there again if we ever go back. The only issue would be price as all accomodation in the park is expensive, we were only able to stay there because there was some sort of reduction on the room at the time I booked. We would recommend 100% to anyone who can afford it.
