Avoid unless you like ants and bad customer servic
Have stayed in this property previously and was ok. This time not ok, unless you find ants acceptable in bathroom and fridge. Then reception wont offer you another room just give you some ant spray. Unforunately ant killed wont fill cracks in the bathroom where they get in. Terrible cleanliness and customer service.

Great hotel is brilliant staff. We had full board and the food was really good with many options every day. The location is superb and the pool great to relax. Two things they could improve on: internet i. Our room was terrible and the paper wristbands had to be replaced quite often. Everything else was great and we had lovely time

Spent a relaxed week at Hotel Ritual. Lovely staff, nice vibe around the pool apart apart from struggling to find a Sunbed one day. Good breakfast, probably wouldn’t go full board as it’s mainly buffet but the desserts were very tasty and perfectly located for the bars and the beach.
