Great staff but please sort out your WiFi !!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and while I felt the room was a little dated it was clean and comfortable. House keeping came every day and were happy to work around you, the pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the drinks not silly prices. The location of the hotel was great too, a short walk to the bars and plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only couple of criticisms are that housekeeping change the towels daily regardless of whether they really need to. It would be good to get the option to use them a couple of days if you wanted to which is a little more eco friendly. Also the WiFi was dreadful and I just had to give up using it, luckily I still get free European roaming or I would be annoyed.

Check in wasn’t good the Wilson’s and I booked and requested rooms 1 2 with plenty of notice the Wilson’s got room 1 which I requested. I was allocated 304. I didn’t have much hope of getting moved. Eva the receptionist the following morning sorted it out for me to have room 2 she was excellent.

We loved the hotel, the location, the rooftop pool, the friendly staff, the breakfast, and the barbershop; however our room and bathroom could have been updated a bit. I know some rooms are Reno’d already and they look great, but ours was not updated yet. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great hotel, full of personality and atmosphere. Excellent location, great amenities such as the pool area and the spa. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. My room had a fridge and a kettle which was a fantastic touch. Really enjoyed my stay and will be going back for sure

Good hotel but be aware of shortfalls

A clean hotel in a good location for beach and town. Sadly the hotel has a lot of rooms with link doors to other rooms and shared balconies meaning that you can hear everything the people in the next room say and do so it’s difficult to sleep sometimes, also some guests can be very loud on their balconies as in have parties and the hotel doesn’t stop them. The air con didn’t work resulting in a really hot room which made it uncomfortable. You have to wear a permanent wrist band to access the top floor which I think unnecessary.
