It was a decent, very dated room. Limited access to the hotel from the plaza after 10 pm which meant a walk in a secluded dimly lit area. It felt unsafe and was primarily for the benefit of the hotel, not the guests. An unbelievable charge of 4 euros a day to use the room safe, which is complementary in every hotel that I’ve stayed in throughout the world. A shameless greedy way to take advantage of the guests.

Unacceptable behaviour allowed

Sorry but hotel was full of teams of sport and they shouted make so much noise and when complained said nothing they can do which is unacceptable as they should have spoke with there leaders,had to stay in room which was very disappointing as wished to stay outside.so my stay was so disappointing and would never had stayed here if know I d have to stay in room for peace quiet

The hotel location is great for train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are friendy at reception and also in the dining room. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and if you like TV there is now a good range of British channels.

Willie at the Gran Cervantes

The hotel is very central in Torremolinos. Saff were very helpful. On arrival I was able to access my room very early. When leaving around 5 am I was given a breakfast package to take away. I like the bedroom facilities. I was able to get a good sleep although I would have preferred a firmer mattress. The meals were generally good although I'd have liked more good quality meat choices. Overall I hope to stay at the hotel on future visits to Torremolinos.

Hotel is in perfect location 3 Minutes from Malaga -Feungirola train Sidon. The hotel ID large with a section near lobby for bingo , disco etc ., Breskfast in good with a wide range of hot and cold food.,

The hotel was clean , staff good but no entertainment whilst I was there until 11.30-12.00 the all inclusive package was limited drinks and definitely not normal strength. I wasn’t there to get drunk as I’m 58 and was a women on my own but I may as well been drinking lemonade. You would expect to feel a little tipsy after 7 vodka and 7 up I certainly didn’t. Great if you just want a place to chill round the pool during the day but my advice would be don’t bother with all inclusive

I dont think it merits 4 star. Its not good on maintenance. Our shower unit was lose. The shower gel holder did not work. The wardrobe doors were stuck very difficult to open and close. Muck and dirt under the beds for days.

There is nothing to recommend this hotel. They don't even honour the room type (sea view) charged at an extortionate premium so what hope is there for anything else. Definitely not a 4* hotel. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in large part due to the terrible reception staff who do not answer the thephone and laugh at any misfortune. . Really nasty staff.
