I was in Toronto for an 6 hr overnight between flights and thought a Hilton airport hotel would be appropriate. This airport hotel is a 20 minute shuttle from the airport. The shuttle for this property was not well marked. In the morning the shuttle was running so late I took an Uber to ensure I made my flight. The staff was trying their best but they seemed understaffed at both check in and check out. It was a very expensive stay - but I expect the prices were driven by the Taylor Swift concert. I would be shocked if the regular cost for this hotel was the price I paid. ( it was the most expensive but the worst of the 3 I stayed in on this trip ) Overall I was disappointed in this experience.

We stayed here for our last 2/4 days of our trip to be closer to the airport. We arrived at 1130am to leave our bags and I decided to ask if we could get early check in. Initially, he said we could with extra charge so we said no. Shortly after, he said he could do it for free if I signed up for the hotel perks, so I said sure. We were also able to get late check out at 12pm. The hotel decor is modern. All the staff were very nice. We spent just over an hour in the lobby before using their complimentary shuttle to the airport. There is plenty of comfy seating with plug ins and usb ports. They even had a complimentary foot massage machine that I could use after a long day of walking. We also enjoyed the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar.

Beyond thrilled from start to finish with TRU Hilton hotel! Check in was fast and the staff were super friendly The rooms and hotel are nice, clean and affordable Free breakfast and shuttle to hotel! My dog got a gift bag with a toy and treats! I will be back here for sure! FIVE STARS!!!!

This was my second stay in two weeks at Tru by Hilton. The transportation to and from the airport was on schedule and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. This will be my first choice for my next visit to Toronto.

Amazing stay! Hotel is stocked with lots of snack, food and drink options to make up for being a bit out of the way from other options. Tons of breakfast options. Airport shuttle was great. Close to Malton GO station for access into downtown (less than $10 Lyft ride).

The staff was extremely pushy and demanding regarding card returns. I had to show proof of my room 3 times just to get on the shuttle. It’s a very small room. The house keeper knocked on our door multiple times even tho I told her my room was fine for one day. The shuttle driver didn’t help with our bags. Over all not happy with our stay would not recommend. The best part of the stay was the shampoo / soaps.
