Great hotel booked 1 night for a concert that was in town. We ended up extending our stay another night, staff was very accommodating. I accidentally left my watch in the room and housekeeping found it and held onto it until I was able to pick it up. I would stay here again.

I used to stay here often before the renos and it was fine. Now it looks great. Rooms is fantastic (though I wish the balcony was accessible.) Staff is helpful and professional. Here’s an odd compliment: the best, most efficient washer/dryer combo I’ve ever used, including my own. lol I’ll be back!

Staff didn’t tell anyone on our floor that they would be changing the door locks. The result was that I was awaken in the morning and they changed my locks and left a mess that wasn’t cleaned up for 2 hours. Then the door lock didn’t close at all. The hotel room door remained unlocked for the next few days. Luckily everyone on my floor minded their business so there was no issue with anyone stealing. Also, the main microwave isn’t connected in the suite so I had the use a different one. Overall, bad experience with staff but hotel room is nice.

The heater did not work and can’t be fixed. They offered me to change room but it’s too late for us. I requested two portable heaters but gave me one. When my wife was using hair dryer, the room fuse was tripped. It was too noisy with the portable heater running whole night and I had to unplug it during the night. Also, the front door cannot be closed from outside and I have to use my card to shut it off. The lid of toilet had a terrible squeak sound. Breakfast has very little stuff but there were a few more things before.

This hotel was very quiet, very clean, and the staff were all very friendly without being intrusive. The suite we got was spacious and immaculately clean and we felt really comfortable and rested well. The only thing I would say is that some of the furniture is starting to wear, but for all the rest, you can overlook this one small thing. We had a great stay and would definitely do it again.

The hotel was just perfect for me and very comfortable, walking distance to most things, especially to the gym around the corner since the hotel doesn’t have one. Staff always smiling and helpful, the rooms felt like home. Made my first visit to Toronto ( canada ) quiet please. I will come again next year.

Staff are extremely friendly and the grab & go breakfast is nicely done. They have renovated some rooms but not all. They have an underground garage with easy access. The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants and the location is convenient.
