Sound isolation of the rooms are very poor and there is a lot of noise coming from neighboring rooms which is quite disturbing. Other than that everything is wonderful

You will need to get used to the idea of having a toilet and shower separated and the wash basin outside the bathroom near the beds. The place is very quiet and comfortable.

Very accommodating and super clean. The lounge areas are also very nice and the restaurant they have on the 9th floor my fiancé and I went to brunch and it was super good. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our engagement. Will definitely be staying at another W soon when I travel.

the room is too over crowded which take away from the space that is needed in the room- no privacy offer especially when you are sharing with someone else the washbasin did not drain properly which make it awful to look at especially when you did not have room service for two days out of your 3 day stay- did not like the room the light switch would not turn off during the night not too much of the service was explained at the front desk. also was not too happy that I has to put down a 1000 deposit because I was paying cash and at check out I had to wait for the manager to check out the room before I could get back my deposit can you imagine how this make feel no free wifi was offer asper the website not too please at all with this hotel service
