Hotel is in ok condition. Only 2 elevators working & are very slow. We were assigned an adjoining room which allowed the partiers from the adjacent room to be heard in ours. We reported to reception. Party was quieter for a bit & then continued until 4 am. I talked to reception upon checking out who didn't seem concerned at all. Pretty sure we won't be back.

Despite what is said on Expedia and online communication I had ability to show, staff stated there is no communication with Expedia bookings. Is automated responses and building makes 0 effort to access it even acknowledge they exist. Request was for a wedding night in June and was booked/ paid for fully in April. I had asked to have a 3rd party check in on our behalf as we were very busy and could not get to hotel until 2am. In April I Was advised correspondence is was sent directly from pan pacific acknowledging my request and stating the request was added to booking file several months in advance. No mention of any requirements to do this, giving name of 3rd party was required to check in etc. Staff and management extremely difficult with 3rd party. 3rd party arrived as scheduled and met with dismissal. While over phone communication with me in middle of my wedding with 3rd party was present, I offered to give credit card numbers and photos of government identification to match booking information, staff response to contact someone else to figure it out. Wedding evening experience was ruined before setting foot in hotel. Don’t have much to say about the hotel itself because the stay was ruined from communication experience from earlier in the day. Don’t offer requests if you don’t bother to care about what people put down or if there are issues, communicate with the people booking and paying if advanced notice is given about said request

I was very disappointed with our first room. It was a corner window. The room was very dark a light did not work. Then I had to search for plugs. I moved the curtains and it was so dirty. I went to guest services and asked to please be move. At first she said all rooms are like this. Then miraculously I got a much better room.

The location set in a green space is unique and quite lovely. What we regret is that this once lovely property is in bad need some of tender loving care. One elevator did not work. The rooms are not all renovated which we discovered despite having booked a deluxe room. As well we had booked a room at what we thought was the same rate only to discover at check out this was not the case. We would have have to click somewhere on the website to double check rate for the second night. This is somewhat disingenuous. We took the breakfast and on and were quite disappointed. Simply substandard. Even menus were dog-eared. This property cries out for reinvestment and better client service.

When you enter the doors to the lobby the smell of sewage hits you in the face. The elevator is so slow you might be late for your work meeting. My bed was very old and uncomfortable. The room where the ice machine was in was frightening. The doors all need painting. The curtains weren’t hanging up all way. Don’t bother to look out the window because you can’t see anything they are so dirty.
