The property is beautifully and conveniently located. The state of the elevators was disappointing - worse than our last visit, several months ago, when only 2 elevators were working. Timely fixing of the elevators is essential in order to not lose guests.

The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Rooms are dated and the curtains and carpets need a serious cleaning. The ongoing out of service elevator issue is very inconvenient and has been going on for over a year now !!

Person checking us in was cold, not friendly at all. Bed springs squeak just turning over in bed. Toilet paper quality was cheap for a supposedly higher end hotel. No face cloths. Would not stay at the Pan Pacific again.
