We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a kitchenette, which if we were staying longer would have been a great asset. It had a full size fridge, cook top, sink and microwave as well as a dining table for two. It was very close to the 401 so it was extremely easy to get back to the airport. Just a 12 minute drive.

Our 3rd floor room seems to be part way through a refreshing/renovation. Missing dresser drawer, kitchen cabinet missing drawer, yellow stained tub (looks like urine). Bathroom door looks like a repurposed room door, but missing the bottom and a large gouge across the outside. Room was very clean. Floors, bathroom vanity and kitchen countertop appeared to be new. Full sized fridge and 2 burners in the kitchen as well as a microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Lots of wall lighting. Basic, functional room. No lobby/sitting area. Free wifi was unsecured network (no password required)
