Sergie was exceptional and helped me with cellphone issues. I have never had a greater experience than with any other front desk person. Excellent customer service skills. He deserves a healthy raise. Great job!!! The only issue I had was with too much light coming in at night with no way to reduce it!

I think overall it was a good stay but i had a couple of issues with the house keeping. While the rooms were kept nice and clean, items were often removed or not replaced after use. For example, I really enjoyed the bath robes provided and took advantage of them in the evening while showering and getting ready for bed. I used it for ~30 minutes and hung it up in the bathroom for the next day. It was removed and I was forced to use the other, much bigger size. The next day that robe was again removed after use and not replaced so I was without a robe for the rest of my stay. I also really loved the coffee concentrate offered in the mornings. While these supplies were refilled after my first night, it wasnt refilled the following 3 days prompting me to leave a note to please restock these supplies (coffee, coffee mate, sugar, and stir sticks). They removed my used coffee cups each day but failed to restock the coffee supplies. These kinds of oddities brought my experience from a 5 to a 4.

I was super happy to stumble upon this newly renovated gem of a hotel. I was traveling by train, the station is less than a block away. It is also only a few blocks from the Eaton center. I was treated exceptionally well by all staff including the front desk, the bartenders, manager, and cleaners. The rooms are relatively small but extremely well laid out. I had a very nice king size room that exceeded all my needs, including a comfortable desk. The lobby was also very comfortable and a nice alternative for work. I would highly recommend this hotel.
