The room was very nice and had everything that was expected for the price but the only problem I have was there was no internet connection and you could not explain to the maintenance man what the issue was that it was not connected to a router therefore my phone service provider had been using my data and charged me for data usage

Everything was ok except that if you don't drive, you will have to use uber/taxi all the time cos they don't do lunch and you will have to go away to get food or order food since there's no shops around. But overall, I loved my stay there.

We loved our sray here. Every staff member were so warm and kind and made us feel sob at home. The room itself gave our fanily all the space we needed. Only thing that would have helped is more seating in the lounge room. Was a 2 seater couch for family of five. Will definitely stay again thanks so much!

HORRIBLE!!! Do not book this hotel! Save your money and peace! Originally I was thinking its not that bad, then when we asked for extra toilet paper the staff was questioning us like why do we need more and giving us judgy looks. ( we didn't get toilet paper in our rooms). The bath and bed were dirty. But my main problem is when we were checking out instead of them releasing my deposit, they charged me, AGAIN for the whole booking. I called them about it and they said it was their mistake and that they will refund me. Well guess what, they sure did not refund me the whole amount and I will be calling them again today. Just making our life harder than what it needs to be. I mean as a hotel how do you make so many mistakes for Gods sake, get your …. together!!
