my flight got delayed by 4 hours and they did not gave me my fully pre paid room. I was told to book another room if i want to stay at 4am, which means they had room available but not wanted to gave me for being late. Never go here,

Overall the experience was decent the condominium rooms were spacious. I liked how we were able to cook and wash our own clothes and dishes in the room. When we arrived the first guy at the front desk was very rude. The following day there was another guy who was very nice he even came to fix the TV when it wasnt working properly in our room. He was usually at the front desk for most of our stay with another guy who was also very kind and helpful. We was told they were suppose to clean the rooms all the time and replace the towels and coffee but it was only halfway done. If the bed and tub was clean the stove and sink was left dirty. If they replaced new towels and toilet trees extra coffee and cups wasn't there. The housekeeping cleaners were constantly switching up everyday with new cleaners and some didnt understand english. It was a little frustrating when one cleaner would promise to come and bring the missing items but eventually not show up since the cleaner we talked to left the building. Sometimes hair was left on the bed sheets, the internet wasnt always that strong and the handle in the sink kept falling off. The couch was left dirty and when we asked for them to clean it, we were told if we wanted to move to another room or put a sheet on it. The walls are not sound proof, we could hear the children running in the hallway and the people upstairs. But for the most part the accessibility was good for commuting and worth the price for the most part.

The property is by the dumpster or something, you can NOT escape the smell. It felt like I was sleeping in a pile of garbage. The rooms are nice n spacious though and the properly is top notch. Sadly, they should do something about the smell, could be a health hazard. I switched to 3 different rooms, couldn’t escape the smell. Not sure if they should even be allowed to operate like this.

This place was really clean. The only issue I found was the uncovered holes in front of the entrance which could be a trip hazard but otherwise the place was spotless. Parking could have been better as it was almost full but we got a place to park. They also said they didn't tow so we could park anywhere we deemed okay. Our room had a full kitchen and laundry which was a surprise.

I check in the property around 11pm on the 4th of march and I check out 12am . The scent of the room is the worst I have ever experienced. The room was not clean after the next person check out. Very bad hotel. I will never recommend for anyone

The rooms in the hotel are exceptional. Rooms are kept clean and presentable. The hallways were dirty and had garbage all down them. During the evenings there was a lot of noise due to children playing in the hallways. When we arrived, it was difficult try to get to the room with suitcases and the kids running down the halls and riding a bike.

Beautiful room. Clean very good price . Staff were basically nice but parking was a disaster. Very narrow drive in front with parking crossed. Additional parking just before reaching building. On my return at 12 am not one spot staff not helpful with this they even hung up on me when called. Also at entrance 2 ,1ft. X 2 ft and 4 in deep ? I almost fell in. Safety issue . Not covered or marked off.
