The room was fine. I’m good condition. Customer service at check in could use some work. Wanted to charge me a $50 to check in 2 hours early after I called and was told I could check in early, no problem. Never mentioned a fee.

Great hotel

Very friendly service from the start. Loved our room very spacious and new. Just bring your own supplies for cooking. Not a big deal. Very quiet.

Long term residents

I think there a lot of the rooms in this hotel house long-term residents. There was definitely a familiarity and camaraderie amongst people that is not typical of a hotel.

We love the fact it was fully equipped apartment style living spaces and even had a washer and dryer in the suite. Didn’t like the parking lot it felt like you was parking in an alleyway but would stay there again!!!
