Terrible stay

This was my second time staying there. The first time was ok but this time was awful. This is a shared facility as the name states , hotel and residence. My family and I pulled up at 11pm and there were sketchy people just hanging out in front of the building and the parking lot. The smoking and loud noise was just unsettling. Also, the advertise full kitchen which was lovely, however there were no pots, pans, utensils, nothing to cook with. I went down to the front desk to ask where are the pots and pans to cook. I was given some paper plates and plastic forks and spoons. Also, were there for 4 days and the AC was not working. We kept asking and they would say were will send maintainance, but never did. It was on our final day that they finally told us that the entire hotel AC was out. Some days it was 80 degrees inside the rooms. I had 2 rooms and all my complaints was the same for both rooms. I reported that the phone in the room was not working and they promised to bring a new phone on day one. At check out still no phone. The building is only one year old, and the interior is clean but outside is trash everywhere and just unkept.
