Enjoyable if you’re optimistic so 3/5 stars
There were drawings on the hallway walls. Kids running and screaming everywhere constantly leaving garbage on the hallway floors. The bathroom tap was broken. The shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower were empty and the only small containers they provided were lotion, a bar of soap and more conditioner even through the shower already had conditioner. They blocked off the balcony so it couldn’t be used. There were mysterious white stains on the couch. It had a cool lamp though and the bed was fine so it was usable. Also the microwave and kitchen appliances worked too so the function was there. I originally got this hotel to study for exams so for that purpose I do not recommend unless you’re able to concentrate with kids screaming.

Middle of the road room near Toronto
Family trip for a big concert. The location looked a little sketchy. You will miss the sign if you're not looking for it. The linens were certainly stained. There was no shampoo or shower gel. We asked for towels and shampoo at the desk, but had to as housekeeping when they were not provided. The unit was otherwise clean on our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and overall the room served our purposes.

Beds were comfortable. Place was generally dirty. Appears to be half permanent housing and some ‘hotel’ rooms. Floors were sticky, markers used to draw on the walls, kitchen unclean. Hallways also very dirty, stuff spilled everywhere, walls marked up.

We traveled from Manitoba for the Taylor Swift concert in November 2024. I booked with Expedia App and upon arrival was told the price was almost double as Expedia had increased their prices due to the concert and I booked prior to that. We were honoured with the price we had (however if we did pay what they said, I would be upset since we would have paid much more) The staff were extremely helpful and nice, however the pictures online were not what was advertised. Lots of things in the hotel room did not work, but it was clean, and the beds were comfy. It was very nice and safe. It was also very extremely close the airport, which convenient for us as we flew out the next day. (We stayed outside of Toronto because we had to go to the airport twice) Would stay again as it was very clean!

Don’t recommend this hotel
The room was as pictured but with stained furniture. The hallways had a bad smell and we ended up not staying the night. The hallways were noisy with children running up and down them and in the stairwell. It seems that the hotel also serves as interim housing.

Poor stay
This is not a hotel. Should not be on Hotels.com. It is a building that houses long term stays with children running around the hallways and yelling in rooms and upset guests screaming and making things feel unsafe in the lobby. The only clean things were the beds and the toilet and shower. Nothing else wiped down and the floors not vacuumed or moped. I have a feeling this building houses families temporarily and should not be renting rooms to hotel guests.

The reception was good. The room looked like the picture. The room was really dirty and had to clean it myself. A lot of filth and terrible smell in the hallway. So much noise because of residents and not visitors. Roaches and bugs in the room. Made me feel uncomfortable my entire stay. I would not recommend to anyone.

The worst place I have ever encountered on Expedia. The manager refused to accept my reservation and I was denied lodging here. The manager was very rude and had little regard the fact that three girls were left stranded despite having a reservation for two nights. Expedia was very kind to support our relocation and offered a partial refund. Overall, I do not recommend this place
