I didn’t stay there because they couldn’t offer me a room in a reasonable amount of time. The fire alarm went off & only the fire department could turn off the alarm & turn on the elevators. It was late, I was tired, and not willing to wait. Went to the Hilton & stayed the night. Want a refund

A mostly good experience but ..
Room and seevice excellent. However room service was slow. I had to call twice. Was told thew was a "backup in the kitchen". The biggest problem was fire alarms. Went off twice. Around 11pm and again at 3am. This was a 12 hour visit with a dear friend who was passing through town and these alarms certainly hampered our visit

We liked the fact that we didn't have to deal with a shuttle. Checked in after 8 PM and the hotel restaurant stays open until 12 or 1. Food was pretty good for airport/hotel cuisine. The room was very comfortable, and it was very easy to get to the airline check in counters the next morning. Front desk staff were very friendly and informative.
