Too many hidden charges. Please specify next time before booking that charges such as parking is not included. Also its a rip-off to charge for parking each night for a 3 star hotel

The airport shuttle is terrible at this property. The worst of any hotel I have stayed at (that advertises a shuttle). You have to call for it and it takes the staff 15 minutes to answer the phone while you listen to advertisements. Then it's an hour after that for the shuttle. Other hotels just send a shuttle every 20 minutes you don't have to call. And UBER from Pearson is expensive. Stay here if it is significantly cheaper and you're willing to wait forever. And don't forget to read the email about how to get the shuttle as it's not obvious !! Rest of the hotel is fine but shuttle service from airport is the #1 criteria for me for picking a hotel room

Hot water both taps, no cold at all, no internet for hours upon arrival, iron board in pieces in closet, keys would not work. Had to reactivate each time. Star buck’s coffee machine broke on arrival, staff did the best they could. Construction on facade and elsewhere, continuous drilling Going on.
