I was upgraded to a King Suite from a King regular. Room wasn't as big as other suites but it was cosy, well thought out and functional. Staff were great, friendly, accommodating and the local amenities for food and shopping were amazingly accessible. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was like a soft sponge laid over a slab of concrete and had no give. The pillows were all hugely oversized, making me wish I had brought my own. And the side of the hotel I was on faced the QEW which made it extremely noisy all night. Wish I was on the other side of the hall, maybe not quite as noisy facing away from the road. Overall, good experience, excellent value for what you're getting. May stay again, but would definitely request a room on the opposite side of the highway and bring my own pillows.

We arrived for our paid for reservation to be told by the manager Hasan K that we did not have a room and was sent away. We spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to resolve this and find a place to sleep. Hasan phoned us. Told us “his manager” made a mistake. It was 1am by the time we got our room. A $40 food voucher for breakfast for our inconvenience. We went to Denny’s for breakfast. We waited over 50 minutes for breakfast. 14 minutes after seated before a waitress came to our table. I had to ask about our food. The restaurant had 32 people in total. It was not busy. Service was pathetic. Very disappointed. Will not return.

The room had a strange smell, which must be the cleaner they use for the room.. It was a nice stay, and the Denny’s in the hotel was a big plus for us. The studio suites are quite spacious and was great for our baby.
