I asked for a non moldy , dust free , clean room due to mold allergies . The room was basically dirty , vents and air con filthy with dirt and moldy dust , and black mold up the walls !! It was filthy by normal standards let alone ignoring my requests totally This place needs a health and safety check . There was an amazing night porter when I checked in who went above and beyond to try to fix this by offering my various other rooms …he was amazing and showed me many many rooms …..sadly they all had lots of mold !!! This is an unhealthy place for anyone let alone someone like me that could literally have anaphylactic shock in a place like this . I only stayed 2 of the three nights booked and had to leave and find somewhere else . I will be looking for a refund and will be contacting hotel health and safety standards .

Only complaint was people taking their dogs out to the bathroom by the curb where the cars park. I had to be careful not to step in any poop while I was getting my things out of my trunk. People need to be respectful and clean up after their pets. Maybe have a designated pet waste garbage can and baggie dispenser with signage. I know responsible pet owners will already have bags on them, but obviously some don’t or are too lazy to bend over and pick it up. Would you like to step in that and go check in and have it in your room with you? Im a dog lover, but seriously don’t get a pet if you can’t take two seconds and pick up after them.
