The staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, my room smelled of urine. I'm assuming because it is a pet-friendly facility that it is pet urine. But the carpet needs to be gone if you are pet-friendly so that clean-up is successful. My room was pretty dated but well-stocked with a kitchenette but an upgrade to a Keurig would be nice. The lobby was lovely and I was looking forward to my room being the same but it was not. Still a good value for the money.

No breakfast. Denny's and a steak place on site. Across the outlet for some shopping. The rooms on the 4th floor seems to accept pets as we saw a few dogs with their owners. The room wasn't the newest as you can tell with the rust and mould in the shower. The bed sheets had a blood? stain on it. They knew more people were coming but only had one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the loo. When we dialed 0, noone answered and no one responded to the voice message. Ok.

Clean and comfortable, although on first night another guest tried to enter our room late at night. Not sure if it was their mistake or the hotel’s but nothing negative came of it.
