It was close to everything we wanted to see. The owners were very responsive and we knew they would always answer any questions we had. When we arrived the directions were easy. The room itself was cool. It was dirty. The floors were not cleaned. Stuff on the walls and light switches. Chair broken. And other things were broken. I documented everything so they would know it wasn’t us that did it. There were no towels or bed sheets for the pull out. Which was so uncomfortable. I looked around for the towels and bed sheets and found them in the dryer. So we had to fold the laundry. You need to remove garbage and recyclables yourself. If not you will be charged. We went once and the next time before we left we went to throw more out and it was out of service. Seeing you could be charged for garbage and you had no where to put it. We took it with us. My husband wouldn’t sleep in the bed. He was seeing black hairs all over the sheets. So he wasn’t going to sleep in the bed sheets. I did. I was to tired to care. We arrived in TO at 7am from NL. So we had to book the place an extra day so we didn’t have to bring our bags around. I am not sure if Expedia or the owners wrote us. But there was confusion or forgetfulness on their part. They said a cleaner would be coming to clean. No one showed up. Or to fix the closet that we couldn’t use bc the door was stuck. No one fixed the issues.

The location was fantastic for us. We had 2 events at Rogers Center and it was so close, it was perfect. I do wish the actual room was cleaner. It wasn’t filthy but could have been cleaner for sure.

Once you find it really great location to union station and harbour and downtown . You feel like a native in this huge 67 story building but everyone one very friendly and helpful great supermarket across the road and excellent response to email enquiries

The stay was great prime location The check in time stinks 4 o'clock and in a previous email they sent me offered earlier check in at 1 for a fee Wich I agreed too then later on told we can't guarantee a early check in so we were stuck waiting till 4 to get into our room other then that it was great if u can't accommodate a early check in why offer it

Over all fine experience, the shower curtain fell down and was only being held with a piece of cardboard. There was lots of hair and dust around. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Close to all amenities and easy to navigate

Really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was very easy. The apartment is clean and well stocked with essentials. Although we didn't cook this time, I always appreciate a well equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer in unit. Location is excellent, it's a 5 min walk to the Convention Center.
