Pros: Host has good communication Location is great on the east side of downtown close to Massy Hall, Dundas square & the Eaton centre Very Clean and quiet - we didn't hear any noise while here Cons: The bed in the room is very uncomfortable The frame of the bed seems almost broken, if not already The bed itself is so soft you sink into it The bed is low profile, so if your 6ft tall or taller I may be a struggle to get in and out of the bed. Very small space, unsure how comfortable 6 adults would be in this space Overall 8/10 - we really struggled to sleep that bed was just horrible. Everything else was great though

I really like the location of the apartment—it's great! Just 7 minutes to Dundas Sq, with plenty of public transit options. The apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures. The master bedroom is nice, but the other bedroom is just a bed—literally, nothing else fits. The host was nice and always stayed in touch via text.

Very nice modern condo/apartment in the heart of Toronto, clean and spacious. Also very convenient for transportation, just ten minute walk to Yonge Dundas square and the Dundas subway station. Streetcar line right outside the building. High recommended!

The unit is Well located near Eaton center and transit, easy check in and well stocked. But the bed linens had not been washed and smelled of BO. Fortunately there is a washer in the unit but it is the last thing I wanted to do when arriving from a long flight. Also, the heating is not uniform in the unit, one room is super hot and the other one quite cold.

I had an amazing stay, this is my 2nd time booking with rivetstays and it was great once again. Communication is awesome and very quick which i love. My only issue with this stay was there was only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so it was hard for multiple people to get ready at the same time. other than that I loved my stay here!

Good location and generally in a good condition. Quite compact for a family of 5 but we made it work with a tight squeeze. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy to walk into the downtown Eaton Mall area. It was disappointing to still be chasing the keys after the 4pm check in time. When we entered the unit, the towels and sheets from the previous stay were still being dried in the dryer. I guess the cleaner was late arriving and explained the late check in. Not a big deal but have never experienced it before.
