Hotel and room were very clean. Staff were friendly and lovely welcome with nice touches for special occasions. Whole hotel needs updating though as some facilities look old and tired. The eating area isnt fit for purpose- too small to accomodate number of rooms.

The suite we got was very clean and spacious. We didn’t hear a peep outside the room. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was really good. I always stay at Mariott and I have to say this is one of the best! We will be back!!

Great location downtown. Close and easy to walk to from Union Station, CN Tower, Roger’s Center, Ripley’s Aquarium, etc. Room was great! View of the CN Tower out the window. Bed is comfy. Kitchen is a nice amenity! Thank you!

Overall very happy with our stay. Visited Toronto for the weekend to attend some Jays games, hotel is conviently located to everything. My only complaint is that the pillows were awful, which I was looking forward to- high quality hotel pillows. They were flat as pancakes and currently pregnant so needed to use more- still extremely flat, felt like resting my head on the bed without anything. Another thing I wasnt a huge fan of- guests in the breakfast lounge area allowed in with their dog on their lap. Yes, I am a dog person, No, thwy did not have a service vest. I do not want to eat my breakfast in hotel lounge, sitting beside a dog. A little unsanitary for everyone but again, overall, really enjoyed our stay.

This property is a 5 min walk from the Roger’s center. When walking I felt safe. There’s parking a 2 min walk for larger vehicles when staying at this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will stay here again

Great staff for check in. Very helpful and friendly. There was garbage under the couch from previous guests which was concerning. Lots of options for breakfast and although busy, the staff were wonderful and quick to clean tables and get you seated. Pool and hot tub were clean and my Grandson enjoyed them very much. Close to restaurants and Rogers Centre which was fantastic. We had a suite as I travelled with my Son, Daughter in Law and Grandson but it was very unfortunate the very poor quality of the hideabed. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I spent each night working around not laying on the coils that were felt right through and each morning had to ease out of bed with the aches in my body from the uncomfortable night. I would stay again if we only needed a regular room but would definitely not book a suite again for fear that the hideabed would be in the same very bad condition.
