The hotel was centrally located and in walking distance to all of the major attractions, which made our visit very easy. The staff of the hotel were very personable and accommodating, and it was nice to have breakfast as a part of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My bed was very clumpy. So hard to sleep on. The double pull out matress was horrible. The springs were poking everywhere, even a slim, 50 lb kid, was not able to sleep on it

Hotel provides a convenient walk to many activities, theatre, train station, Ripley’s, CN tower, Stadium, etc. Very helpful staff and very professional. Room was well equipped with kitchen and provides separate bedroom from a sitting room. All was clean.

It would be nice if the hotel has its own self-drive parking. Valet parking is expensive. Pool is on the smaller side. Otherwise, location is convenient, bed's ok and our hotel stay is good! Thank you.

Would be all 5 stars if the third elevator was operational. Building is quiet. Buffet breakfast is hot and good and included non dairy options for the coffee. Suite was comfortable for three people. Would definitely book again.
