L’hôtel Est très bien situé et proche du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées . Le bémol est le petit déjeuner dans une salle très exiguë. L’attente est trop longue et le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié.

The room itself was nice- clean. Disappointed with how overcrowded the hotel was- long wait time to get checked in, long wait for elevators (one was broken), long line for breakfast. Seems as though the hotel does not have enough lobby space to accommodate the number of people staying in the hotel. Nice location, however will not stay here again.

Overall ok but pullout couch was in very rough condition and mattress was horrible. Could feel springs. Chairs in room showed a lot of wear and tear. One elevator out of service.

We found the staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the well stocked breakfast buffet. Location was excellent as it was close to train station, subway and attractions we could walk to.

The hotel has a great location. However, one of the elevators did not work for the entire 5 days we stayed and it took a long time to get to our room in the mornings. Also, there is not enough space in the restaurant area for all the guests during the breakfast. Overall, it was okay.

Awesome stay and would recommend for families that want to be in the area of pretty much everything. Short walk to aquarium and skydome (Roger’s center), CN tower etc. We made with walk with ease in middle of winter with our 4 and 6 year olds. Breakfast included and parking was very expensive!! $60 a night.

This property has 22 floors. That means there are a LOT of rooms and a LOT of guests staying here on average at any given time, but especially when I stayed with my family on the last week of the year, through New Year's Eve. There are 3 elevators to get you to your room. One of them was broken and never fixed for our entire stay. There is also no service elevator for housekeeping. So waiting for the elevator to get to go downstairs is quite a journey. You may be waiting 10 minutes or more just so it can get to your floor. Once it gets there you need to rush in as the door closes within of few seconds of opening! On the way down (we were on the 20th floor) you may encounter stops on floors for housekeeping to get on with their huge carts or large families with loads of luggage, strollers, etc. The elevators are very small and you will be crushed like a sardine. When you need to go up to your room you will face another journey and long wait. Aside from the free breakfast being subpar, if you don't get there when it opens at 6:30 am (weekdays) or 7:00 am (weekends) you will face a very long line because there are so few tables at which to sit and you may be waiting quite a while. If you decide to take the food up to your room you will still face a long line and the fun of balancing a tray of food while waiting for that wonderful elevator and trying not to spill everything everywhere. Other than this our room was ok and beds were comfortable.
