The property is nice. But would have been even greater if they had better customer oriented staffing at the front desk. This establishment is flying 3 countries flags in front ( USA 🇺🇸 , CANADA 🇨🇦 , UK 🇬🇧 ) and all 3 flags were entirely disoriented. Told property management and front desk staff and absolutely nothing was done to remove the flags, instead they offered me 6,000 points as a way of saying sorry for the inconvenience. What a disgrace and disrespect. Never staying here again. Every time you look out the window from my room all you can see was this nasty torn apart flag (not even an entire flag) blowing in the wind with Radisson’s (choice hotels) pride.

pool was disgusting looking, super dark in the room with pool and hot tub sauna was out of order and the door was left open to it and it smelt horrid we had to shut the doors to somewhat get rid of the smell it not working is not a huge deal obviously things break down it just made it more of a disappointment being as the pool was a no go because of how skrungy it looked and how dark the room was and then the horrendous smell from the sauna our room was very clean though we were very impressed and being able to have a crib for our infant was very nice the customer service could use some work we were not impressed with our very first couple interactions with one specific employee that was at the front desk very unapproachable and down right rude has no customer service skills at all both my partner and i work in customer service so we understand both sides but there was no reason for the attitude we received especially from the person at the fron desk whos supposed to be welcoming and greet the guests coming in no be rude right away and not care about anyone elses feelings but theirs i wish i would have gotten his name as i think he could use some more training or go over what is expected of him as a front desk employee and what good customer service entails i understand no ones perfect and i understand that customer service can be very stressful and you deal with many different people constantly and its draining but if its too much maybe he needs to step down a position

I stayed here twice in 2 weeks. Both stays werw ok. The rooms are big. I feel this hotel needs an update. Also have Security roam the halls to keep an eye on things. One update I would add is to add recycling bins to the rooms and use refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the ahowerw rather than the little bottles. These changes would create less waste.

Breakfast options were poor and the hot food was dry and not appetizing. Came down an hour before breakfast was due to be finished and all that were there was dry scraps. TV was not working properly had to call maintenance to repair the fireplace. Staff were courteous and tried to be helpful.

I had high hopes for this property after my previous stay two weeks ago, but unfortunately, it fell short again. I specifically requested two rooms when I booked (two weeks prior), which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. However, upon check-in, I was informed that those rooms were occupied. During my last visit, we experienced hot water issues, so I inquired at the front desk about the hot water situation this time. Their lack of confidence in their response was concerning, and sadly, we ended up with cold showers again. To make matters worse, the pool was out of order for two days during our stay, and I was not informed of this nor offered any discount. Regrettably, this will be our last visit to this hotel.

I was legitimately blown away by this property. At the price I got I wasn’t expecting much. What I walked into felt like a high-end and classy hotel. I was very impressed. I travel a lot for work and see a lot of properties. This is one I’m going to be using much more when flying out of Pearson.

The hotel wasn’t as close to the airport as I expected. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The pictures of the hotel look nice on Expedia, but when I got to my room, it was quickly evident that this place was dingy because of poor cleaning and maintenance.
