Very pleasant staff at check in and out. Slight missed communication about my shuttle needs at check in, however, they were quick to resolve the issue at check out and we were still at the Airport with lots of time. Great stay, will stay again.

I wanted to cancel this reservation. It was a mistake. My family is out hundreds that we can’t afford and Expedia and quality inn can both afford to give me my money back. I’ll never use Expedia or Quality Inn ever again and I will be sure to tell my family members not to use them either.

Was very tired due to a time change while travelling, so went to bed early. 8:30 pm. Above had kids running around. Kids being kids is all. Just took a bit of time to get to sleep. Next time will get top floor.

This hotel was just dirty and falling apart. There were holes in the walls, broken toilets, and warped laminate flooring from water damage. The only redeeming thing was that the beds seemed appropriately clean.

The staff was friendly, but the scheduled wake-up call was never made, and I later discovered that the in-room phone wasn’t working. I had sent multiple messages through Expedia to request the airport shuttle but never received a response. When I followed up, I was told I needed to call directly—unfortunately, my phone doesn’t work internationally. For future travelers, I recommend confirming shuttle arrangements and checking room phone functionality upon check-in, especially if you're relying on international communication.
