This hotel was nice. My room was very clean and comfy and I did not experience any of the problems other reviewers here mentioned. My main complaint is that there were no walkable restaurants or anywhere to get food. If you don’t have a car, you’ll be relying on Uber a lot. The bus doesn’t run frequently not at rush hour. The hotel clearly had a restaurant at one point so it would be nice if that was brought back. The airport shuttle also doesn’t run at check in time or check out time, so be prepared to check in late/check out early unless you want to pay for an Uber. Overall, the hotel was nice but not sure I would stay again knowing how inconvenient the location is.

I REFUSED to stay there. Both rooms shown were disgusting, bathrooms unclean, bed linen had visible stains … the absolute worst property I’ve ever been to.

Do not stay here. Not worth the lower price
Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. I was staying by car and I am a handicapped traveler and this hotel was so not what they advertise. First, they have only one handicapped parking spot for a hotel of over 120 rooms. I came back from an event and went into the desk to ask what was going on and the night clerk said that was the fact and there was nothing they can do for me. I asked if there was a door close to my room or at the end of a hall that I could park and access and I told all the doors except the front doors are emergency doors and alarmed. I asked about the illegally parked Maserati and mini-van since the place just outside the door would have been a better spot for me. They told me they would be taken care of. They were still there in the morning. The exits had debri and construction materials near them. I am not even sure they meet fire code. There was a random pile of stone just dumped in the parking lot. Parking lot was also dark and awkward to maneuver. Rooms were old and the carpets dirty. My top blanket had a dirt stain on it. There was no shower curtain for the shower. Most of the staff was not helpful, but not rude. I would not think it is too much to ask to get what you pay for. Furthermore, I think I am done using Hotel.com/Expedia. They could care less. I am so turned off with these crap brand hotel franchises that could car less about your satisfaction.
Expensive car can park wherever. Handicapped people can walk through the dark all the way around the building.
JUST ONE HANDICAPPED SPOT.
Garbage near exits.
Garbage in the way of easy emergency egress.

I'd like to say you get what you pay for but this was too expensive. The first night someone tried to get in our room. The second someone knocked at our door around 2 in the morning and ran away. Rooms are dated, mildew in the shower, no security had to ask the person ckecking us in if they wanted our car info. Staff was friendly.
