Our room stunk like smoke when we arrived and it was unsanitary and extremely dirty. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and had the worst sleep and woke up in pain. Hotel staff were not very helpful or friendly. They lacked a customer service attitude and approach, showing no initiative which made the stay even more stressful and unpleasant. We wanted to badly leave and get a refund for our 2nd night stay because it was that bad, but the manger refused to grant us this. We tried to get Expedia to help but they couldn’t due to the manager there that wasn’t even at the hotel when we filed a complaint. We couldn’t afford to loose that money so we stayed. Instead, the manager gave us a new room that was cleaner but the main light source did not work when we discovered at night. the bedding in this room was a bit better than our last room. The pool area was old and had rusty stairs and the hot tub looked dirty. The breakfast the next day was not the greatest. the potatoes were cold and hard as if they were cooked earlier. we found expired condiments, dusty tables and glasses. I was shocked by the entire service and quality of this hotel. I would say this is a 2 star experience. based on my experience and this review, I hope that the operations and quality here improve because I don’t understand how this can happen in a hospitality industry and a Radisson hotel. Do better and renovate this poor facility.
