Generally it was a very good experience. I felt that the lack of earth at breakfast/ could be remedied. The heating in the bedroom was loud which tended to wake us throughout the night. Other than this I would recommend it as the staff and cleaners were very friendly and it was clean.

Great room. Clean New bathroom with deep tub. No fancy lobby like the Fairmont Hotels, but a fraction of the price. I’ll be staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. I had to pay for my 5 night stay upfront rather than at the end. That was fine. I stayed in a king bedroom premium facing south, 17th floor. City view was really neat, a 5 minute easy walk to 1 Dundas st. My room was very beautiful, clean and had a kitchen which was very useful. I asked for an extra blanket, which I received quickly. I was here in January. My room was cleaned immaculately and the front desk were absolutely stellar. I will stay here again. Lastly, as I was only flying out at 7pm, they were able to keep my luggage in a safe room until I finished with my day and then made my way homr. Excellent.

Love the old world charm, mixed with contemporary amenities. Bed great. Spacious room, just had some pluming issues like a bath that would stop up properly and a sink drain that was not working. Limited coffee options.

The room was lovely. Would have like another chair as one person had to sit on the bed. We did bring a noise machine thankfully- because being across the road from the emergency department meant a lot of ambulances with their sirens on. The bed was comfortable.
