Great location within walking distance to Toronto’s Union Station and hub for local transit, downtown entertainment and Old Toronto. Nearby access to the PATH, a corridor of underground walkways connecting many buildings and shops that shelter people from inclement/cold weather. Superior 2 Queen beds a comfortable room which is larger than normal.

I was happy at the property and its location. Travelling as a single woman arriving after dark (5:30 pm), I was uncomfortable going into the parking garage. Parking my car and walking out alone, unsure if there were security measures in place, was very disconcerting as there is no direct connection to the hotel from the car park. Something to consider improving going forward.

This is a nice, clean quiet hotel with an upgraded, bright room. Rate was great. Plenty of space and big bathroom. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Staff were nice. It’s in a good area that’s close to everything. Would stay again.

Great location as it's within walking distance to all of your main attractions. Parking off-site is the only pain but public transportation is located everywhere which is also very convenient. The pool and gym were very clean. Rating for the cleanliness was low due to the shower having mold in some spots and black marks on the wall, otherwise the property itself was in great condition. Loved the artwork throughout the property. The main lobby was very inviting and welcoming. Easy check in and out, staff were very nice.

Great hotel in a great downtown Toronto location
Hotel parking garage was convient but spaces were very small and tight. When checking in we were presented with our breakfast vouchers but not the 20% off food coupon that hotels.com claimed we would receive. Hotel, instead, provided free macrons and Evian water in suite when asked by app to comment on check-in. Breakfast service and house keeping was top notch. Hotel doors are heavy and slam shut so loud that one can hear within a room. Gym was well equipped but air vents in gym as well as room need cleaned. Spa was nice touch. Did not get to use pool or hot tub but both looked nice. Hotel is conveniently located near Scotiobank and Hockey Hall of Fame as well restaurants. It also nice that the street that is located on does not see the typical grid locking traffic of many Toronto streets. Would definitely stay again due to these numerous advantages and amenities.

The hotel was in a perfect location for all attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean & the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was excellent as were the wonderful staff members who served us. A special mention goes to Faithful on the front desk who was so helpful to us. We definitely recommend this hotel.
