Fantastic location, everything you need is steps away. 350m to Union Station, 500m to Scotiabank Arena. The Market, Waterfront, Nathan Phillips Square, Eaton Centre, CN Tower, Distillery District and Aquarium all within a short walk, mostly flat for visitors of all ages and abilities. The hotel was tastefully decorated, the music was light and fun. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable. Check out is at 12. The pool/hottub area was clean, stocked with lots of towels, and a water station for drinking. There’s swinging egg seats that look out at the city skyline. If you squint, you can see the lake. The buffet breakfast(free) was incredible. Pancakes, French toast, yogurt, smoothies, eggs, curried beans(for vegetarians) bacon, sausage, various breads, muffins, fruit cups, cereal, cheeses, fresh fruit, guacamole , cottage cheese, smoothies and the list just keeps going. Staff were cheerful and attentive. I would return again and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The rooms were nice and clean but didn’t have shower gel/body wash in the room bottle was empty and The breakfast buffet They have fruit shots And we had one that was the mango favour And it had a big clumps of hair in it Don’t know if you’ll do the breakfast again But the rooms are really nice Sheets are a little thin, so it gets cold and it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a blanket so not the greatest

Lovely hotel in old town Toronto. A lot of restaurants in the area, a 2 minute walk to some theaters. The hotel is.nice and clean and staff was helpful and welcoming. But, and this is not the hotels fault, there is a pub across the street and it was noisy.

Everyone was lovely, the breakfast waitress, Tatiana, was especially pleasant and eager to make our experience wonderful. We wanted to stay an extra night, but unfortunately they were fully booked. Easy to see why.
