Very poor service but. Quiet. Por Quality Breakfast. Poor Lightning and no amenities with an older gym but. Open for a good workout.Lots of parking and few guests.

It was fine for what we needed a place to sleep. It's a little dated and could benefit from a renovation. The breakfast was limited, but all in all okay for what we needed. I liked the tiled hallways rather than carpet. It smelt clean rather than like other hotels.

Friendly staff but some housekeeping staff don’t understand, what it said to put clean towel No clean, was expecting early breakfast from 6am but was from 8am plus it’s not a hot meal, no eggs or bacon, oats non was not happy with the one out of 2 day’s breakfast

Not a good sleep

Entrance is hard to find. When we arrived no parking available. 2 ballroom parties booked. We circled around the hotel to find the registration desk only to find people smoking inside all the exit vestibules. Upon on registration we were reassured that the parties would not be a problem. We went out for supper and returned around 9pm only to find the music so loud from both parties that the walls and pictures were rattling. We expressed our concerns and told that the music would be turned diwn after 11pm. Well that wasnt the case. The room was very minimal and missing furniture. No fridge. The pillows for the king bed were way too small and cheap fluff and absolutely uncomfortable. The room is dated and rough and worn furniture. Back to music. I called front desk at 1am to complian that the bass and music was shaking our room and was told that security was taking care of it. Well they didnt until much later. Checking out and expressing our disappointment was only met with acknowledgement of many others who also complained about music, and told no refund, no discount or anything can be done about it.

Good place to stay if you are looking for clean, big rooms. The TV is very small screen. Nothing fancy but also not drab. Breakfast is ok, nothing cooked (no eggs or bacon etc) but lots of standard baked goods, some fruit, no-name brand yogurt. Hallways are all tiled flooring so people’s conversations in the hall, coming and going is very echoey and might disturb some.

washroom shower had someones hair on wall rooms are dark and old furniture no exterior sign on property on chesswood, too many trees blocking the property, i went all the way to Finch Avenue, directions said property was between Sheppard and Finch. had to double back with GPS late at night.
