The location was excellent for us as we were attending our grandson's hockey tournament. The living room area could use more/better lighting. Also the TV in the living room area was very poor as it kept freezing and the audio kept breaking up. Housekeeping was very good.

I would say that the property is generally clean, although it is showing some signs of aging. I think the hotel can do better at their breakfast. Also, it is a bit challenging to find a good restaurant around here.

I loved the woman at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. The location was too far away from everything, and the Ubers were expensive to get into the city. The washing machine flooded when I used it.

Pretty basic. Only thing I really had a problem with is how easily you can hear things in the hallway when you're in the room. It's nothing super fancy, but if you just need somewhere to sleep then it works well

The hotel lobby is awkward to find. The place definetly is a convention Center first and hotel second. The location was not fabulous for things around. That’s on us for not having done more research.
