Decent property with basic amenities. Two major complaints….this property advertises it has free breakfast and that is not true. The hotel offers vouchers for every day of your stay to get coffee, toast, and cereal/watery oatmeal. For ACTUAL breakfast, there is an $8 up charge per person for eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns (actually dinner food). Considering that I booked this hotel for “free” breakfast makes the property a disappointment. Second issue…all keys deactivate probably around check out time regardless if you’re staying for multiple nights. Not a big issue if you like going to the front desk everyday. Otherwise, clean property, close to Canada’s Wonderland and restaurants. Would not be staying here again until they fix these glaring issues.

If you are looking for a motel like hotel, where you don’t mind horrible customer service and bugs then this place is just right for you. However, if not my stay here was terrible, customer service for the morning shift was the worst. Also found bed bugs which I think is the most scariest thing. Lastly, the manager was very nice. But I won’t be going back to this hotel 😳

I am so ashamed of myself for renting a room at this dump. The tap for the top flew of and burned my bride with scalding water, staff decided to charge me for the inoperable equipment. Canadian law not respected in regards to service animal. You’d be better off in the street the renting from these cowards.

Room was fairly clean. Customer service at the lobby was obismal. The first person to do our check in said there was no time to do pay for the room and then do a security deposit so she billed us the room rate and security deposit on the same charge to my credit card. I asked why and she said there was no time so she needed to do it as one charge. I looked around and there was no one else waiting for check in or behind me waiting. She rolled her eyes and said there was no time. On check out I asked about if they were going to release it and he said it was automatic. I said how when it was a single charge via a debit machine (not computerized) and he assured me and made me feel like I was wasting his time and turned his back to me. I have stayed at many hotels for work and travel and he said all hotels do this as one charge.... Breakfest was cereal, bread, jams, and oatmeal. They had apple juice and orange juice. I won't stay here again due to the lack of respect and customer service from their front desk staff. It wasn't just one employee, it was multiple. I had a valid concern and I was dismissed and disrespected.

Hotel is conveniently located for anyone going to Canada’s Wonderland. The drive is less than 10 minutes. Several fast food dining options are also close by. But walking is not an option to any of them. Be aware that the “included breakfast” includes muffins, toast, yogurt, coffee/tea and juices. There is no protein included (you have to pay for that).

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. The room itself was also very clean spacious. The only issue we had during our stay was that the bed firmness was inconsistent. In certain areas, the bed was soft while in other areas the bed was twice as firm. Overall, the stay was great and it is in close proximity to Canadas Wonderland and some shopping malls.
