I asked the rep at the lobby desk "Olga" what time was the latest available check out and she said 12pm noon. I then asked her to mention this to housekeeping as I had a very important zoom conference call which was "time sensitive". Well what do you know ..... during that ongoing video meeting the housekeeper came banging on the door asking me when im leaving which distracted me from my very important meeting and i was then "kicked out" causing my whole purpose to visit Vaughan Onatario a big waiste of time. I asked the manager what he could do about this and he replied with nothing... I then proceeded to take a taxi to a local car rental company (Because my plans for this trip were immediately changed due to the lapse of that meeting). What do you know...? The car rental company does not have any vehicles available now... So here I am 300km from home standing in the rain with my luggage... Alot of money, effort and time all "down the drain". Thanks again Olga from Monte Carlo Inn in Vaughan Ontario. Also I think šŸ¤” that manager on duty is pretty useless also.. I will not go back there ever even though I origionally thought it was a nice establishment with a very nive Italian restaurant.. Bye for now Expedia.

Male front staff member was rude and did not communicate information needed. He did not ask how my stay had been when I was checking out. The hallway on the second floor smelled of marijuana for my entire three day stay in the evenings. When I called to the front desk late in the evening, the staff member did appear to care, no follow up to my call. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was also terrible.
