It was so restful and I felt safe & secure. The staff were great and the restaurant staff were also great. I appreciated the price, however I did get it from an offsite platform, while I would completely book directly should they have been able to match the price. Thank you & I do plan to use this as my location of stay when coming to the city...

The property is a little run down, but the staff was amazing. The front desk staff was great and very helpful in our checking in and checking out. The cleaning staff was great and had the room feeling clean at all times. Although the rugs were outdated and had stains, it felt clean and smelled good. The breakfast staff did everything possible to make sure everyone was comfortable and was being taken care of. The location was great and the area quiet and safe to walk around. Some of the reviews i read before my stay was a little discouraging but everyone experience and expectations are different and for my personal self i must say that i will hopefully stay here again in the future.

The place itself was beautiful, my wife and I had a blast. The area was close to practically everything and anything you could've needed in terms of entertainment and food. I had some issues that felt weird to me however. First being, the phone line was always busy when we tried calling the front desk for cutlery however when I came down, the front desk was free. We found bugs in our washroom and a dead fly on our ceiling. The wifi wasn't the best and I practically ran everything through my data since it was faster. The complimentary breakfast consisted of really light snacks and not really a breakfast, if you wanted something like eggs and such you'd have to pay extra. Overall, a great experience, great room and a great location worth visiting, just minor subtleties that could've made the hotel better.
