Why ask about the property? I could care less. How about the room? Room was cold. Air Conditioner: noisy, recirculated stale air, heat would not come on until set to much higher-than-wanted temp. and then dropped to below set temp. Bathroom: Very noisy exhaust fan did not have a separate on/off switch, and did not exhaust moist air. TV: An old model with a poorly defined picture quality. Low definition for sure. Room was clean and tidy. Clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows.

This is a tired property with nothing close by, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Bathroom fan was extremely loud and the room just did not have a clean feel. Amenities were few and those that were seemed to be of the cheapest possible. A big do over should occur here.

Arrived after check in time and told our room was not ready and wouldn’t be for 40 min. That’s not acceptable, we had plans and needed to be able to drop our bags, get ready and leave. After some complaining they said they could have it ready in 15 min. The bathroom has bugs in the tub and it smelled musty, the carpet had a sticky feeling, we ended up wearing our shoes in the room. Will likely not return. Location was ideal as close to the go train station to access downtown

This hotel is dated and could certainly do with some renovations, however it is clean and is a good place to stay for a night if you’re visiting the area. Close to the highway and only a short drive to downtown with ample parking around the hotel.

Rooms are fine, staff helpful and friendly. The continental breakfasts are meagre, but they are included. The rates are excellent. Right around the corner from Whole Foods (by car) and convenient to everything in Oakville.

WORST place to Stay !!! Poor quality!!
First woman on front desk kept interrupting the gentleman on the deck checking in couple ahead of us it took twelve minutes to check them in , both are unacceptable!!!!!!! Second we called asked for early check in, at 3:17 gentleman asked if he could help us , after going thru the process were told room not ready yet ,will be fifteen minutes.Of course they rushed cleaning lady to get room cleaned to the point, when we got to room NO coffee,NO kleenex NO cups, I had to go and retrieve for cleaning lady down the hall !! Third hotel built on a hiway , so there is NO sound deading at all, cheap dollar store windows ( not double or triple plane windows that would reduce noise.) Not full curtains or black out curtains, or rug to absorb noise. Fourth strike told we would have to return to front deck to get vouchers for free breakfast. Why would vouchers not be given at check in?? When waiting to check in amazed how dirty lobby windows ,generally was ! We will definitely will never stay again in this chain or ever recommend the any one !!! In my opinion who ever runs this place does not due his or her job at all,I would fire them no ifs or buts !!!

It was my worst experience of visiting this hotel as during the stay water started leaking from toilet seat and whole room floor got filled with dirty toilet water which spoiled my stay and in between I had to leave my room. When I explained this whole issue to front desk they said manager will come at 2pm then you can call to manager. On the spot we had to leave our room before actual checkout and we’ve received no compensation yet.

Request to wait for check in could have been done nicer. Room cleaner than last stay but rooms need more airing out. Cleanliness or wear and tear earn only average or just above. Grounds are nice but some care in parking lot parking area could help. Location and price is why we return.
