The hotel sheets were bloody and stained, the bathroom looked like it had been used with force, and there was hair everywhere. There was hair on the shower curtain too. The room windows wouldn’t open, and it smelled terrible inside. There were fingerprint smudges on the mirror, the air conditioning was very noisy and also smelled bad, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The breakfast options were very limited; if you wanted eggs or anything, it would cost an extra $10, so don’t believe that breakfast is included. I will never stay in this brand again.

The staff were not friendly at th front desk, they also initially told us one price and that changed overnight, so misinformation. Also, the breakfast was very poor and the staff tending the bar seemed really racial.
