Property had garbage in most areas outside in the bushes and sidewalks. Room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was not sanitary, warm milk, watered down juice, utensils not clean, serving utensils were left on counter and cross contamination.

Average hotel. Nothing special, hotel could use an update. Mattress was worn out. Breakfast was very limited and they tried to up sell you with eggs and bacon etc. Not a terrible experience just a mediocre one. Would I stay here again? Only if there was no other options.

The staff were friendly. Our toilet was sluggish. The guy came to unclog it. That lasted for a few hours then it over flowed. We had to ask a couple of times for extra towels as there were 4 of us in the room. There was garbage on the floor in the elevator and footprints. A big dip in the mattress. The ad said it has been renovated. I saw nothing renovated. The hotel is nothing like what we remembered from a few years ago.

When I arrived the remote to the TV did not work I had to ask 4 times before I finally got a remote that worked. Every time I requested the remote they said 10 minutes but no one ever showed up. The bathroom was full of flies every day I came home from training, lots of flies. Each day i came home by key card did not work, I was on 5th floor 534 so had to go down in the elevator every day to get a new key card. Last day I was waiting 10 minutes for the elevator, went to my room and called the front desk to ask if the elevator was out of order, they said no. I was standing again for another 10 minutes then a house keeper yelled from the other end of the hall way that the elevator was not working.
